Overview

MandoCard helps disc golf clubs and players manage rounds, cards, scoring, results, handicaps, and related club activity. We collect only the information needed to run those features and support player accounts.

Information we collect

• Account information such as name, display name, email address, and login/session details.
• Club and round information such as registrations, side-game selections, card assignments, hole scores, results, and handicap-related history.
• Basic operational information such as device/browser type, pages used, and timestamps needed for security, debugging, and account support.

How we use information

• Provide scoring, results, club roster, handicap, and account features.
• Authenticate users and protect access to private club or account pages.
• Maintain score history, standings, and league operations.
• Debug issues, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Round, roster, score, and result information may be visible to other players, club leaders, or people with shared scorecard/result links depending on the round and club settings.

Third-party services

MandoCard uses trusted infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email, and app distribution. These providers process data only as needed to operate MandoCard.

Data choices

You can contact support to request help with account access, corrections, or deletion requests. Some score and round records may be retained when needed for league history, auditability, or legitimate club operations.
